앱을 쓸 수 없으면 가입한 Google 이메일 주소에서 EricLeePrec@gmail.com으로 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제하고 알려 드려요.
삭제되는 것: 가게 정보와 모든 가게 데이터(매출·지출·직원·근무표·급여·팁·리뷰 기록), 계정에 저장된 영수증 사진, 계정 요약(이메일·이름·가게 이름), 커뮤니티에 쓴 내 글과 내가 올린 추천 업체, 내 추천 표시, 로그인 계정.
남는 것: 다른 사장님 글에 단 내 답변(그 글의 일부라서)과, 법에 따라 보관해야 하는 경우를 제외하면 없어요. 백업은 별도로 두지 않아요. 기기에 저장된 영수증 사진은 그 기기에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워져요.
In the app: 더보기 (More) → 설정 (Settings) → 계정 삭제 (Delete account), then type your store name to confirm. Or email EricLeePrec@gmail.com from your sign-in address and we will delete it within 30 days.
Deleted: your store profile and all business data, receipt photos saved to your account, your account summary, your community posts and vendor recommendations, your likes, and your sign-in account. Kept: answers you wrote on other owners' posts (part of their posts). Receipt photos stored on your device are removed when you clear the app's data on that device.
